Lubabalo James Mnyaka is a South African medical microbiologist who holds a BSc from the University of the Free State, with further studies in Industrial Quality Management, Contracts Drafting, Project Management, Sales Management and business development.
He founded Aflu Med Healthcare in 2014 and Eljays Institute of Science in 2018, bringing together experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare technology, product development, quality management and commercial strategy.
As a cyclist, coach and team manager, Lubabalo brings direct consumer insight into the active-lifestyle market that gave rise to Cycli Rec — a product born from his own recovery routines and his connection to Pondoland.
